Horribly depressed this morning and then I watched ‘Institutional Memory’and cried many many rivers. Gone for brunch and now going for a run and then I will crawl into a hole of friends and films and willing myself out of this sadness.

But considering the fact that I just cried again thinking about how wonderful a character Josh Lyman is and Bartlet and C.J. and Sam…eh probably not going to be too successful at that.
